при компилировании выскакивает ошибка "Syntax error, "UNIT" expected but "USES" found"

эту ошибку исправил но вместо нее теперь другая Can't find unit Graph used by Program как ее исправить?

Попробуйте для начала написать graph с маленькой буквы. Lazarus/FPC временами очень чувствительны к регистру.

Экстрасенсы в отпуске (с) не мое
Может, конкретизировать проблему - что компилируется, как, под какую ось, версию компилятора, лазаря... или кусок кода привести слабо ?

при компиляции выдает ошибку Can't find unit Graph used by Program Graph пробовал писать с маленькой буквы не помогло. код взят из учебника.

А Вы попробуйте вместо Graph написать модуль ggiGraph. Только надо допольнительно поставить библиотеку libggi.

Судя по всему, пути поиска не указаны, или кривые. Что в fpc.cfg?

искал с подобным именем, ненашел.

скорее всего при установки был убран флаг установки библиотек и примеров

попробовал на другом линуксе тоже самое но там есть пакет fp-units-gfx в котором есть graph и ggi пробовал переустановить не помогло

решил попробовать скомпилировать, выдаёт следующую ошибку: Error while linking
странно, раньше подобные примеры компилировались

Это пути поиска юнитов. Поищите там сами, есть ли эти модули.
